Koop voor de eerste les je leskaart online of bij de receptie!
Om mee te doen mte de volwassenles heb je een geldige leskaart en ESA Pas nodig. De pas scan je altijd voorafgaand aan de zwemles bij de receptie. Als het tegoed op je pas op is, kan je online of bij de receptie een nieuwe leskaart kopen. Zonder een geldige pas kan je niet deelnemen aan de zwemles.
De zwemles gaat altijd door, behalve op officiële feestdagen en in de zomervakantie.
Verzuim in verband met ziekte of verblijf in het buitenland
Bij afwezigheid van 4 weken of langer wegens verblijf in het buitenland, kan je vooraf een verlenging van de tegoeden op de pas aanvragen. Stuur hiervoor een een e-mail naar zwemzaken@esa-aalsmeer.nl. Vermeld in de e-mail je naam, adres, postcode en woonplaats en de periode van afwezigheid. Voeg het document toe van bijvoorbeeld de vlucht-, of hotelboeking. Na akkoord, ontvang je een bevestiging per e-mail en verlengen wij de toegoeden op de pas met maximaal 3 weken. Zonder (bevestigde) schriftelijke aanvraag bent je lesgeld verschuldigd voor lessen die je niet volgt.
Mijn ESA is dé online omgeving van Zwembad De Waterlelie
Zodra je bent ingedeeld voor de zwemles, kan je via de knop Mijn ESA gemakkelijk online nieuwe lessen kopen. Naast alle informatie rondom zwemles regel je meer zelf online, zoals het bestellen van tickets voor recreatief zwemmen, banenzwemmen, sportgroepen etc.
Tevens kan je hier een eenmalige afwezigheid doorgeven. Duurt de afwezigheid langer door ziekte of een andere reden (anders dan een zakenreis)? Verlenging van de leskaart kan pas na 3 gemiste weken plaatsvinden en gaat altijd in overleg met de afdeling Zwemzaken. De eerste 3 weken zijn voor eigen risico.
Volg online jouw voortgang
Na elke les zorgt de lesgever ervoor dat jouw prestaties zichtbaar zijn. Klik in Mijn ESA op Leerlingvolgsysteem en zie in één overzicht welke vaardigheden je al beheerst en aan welke je nog moet werken.

Make sure you arrive on time at the pool and buy your lesson card.
The lesson card should always be scanned prior to the lesson you will be following. You can do this at the scanner opposite the reception, or at the reception. If your card is empty, you must purchase a new one prior to the lesson. Without a valid lesson card you cannot participate in the swimming lesson.
During the small school holidays the lessons will continue as usual.
If the board of De Waterlelie decides otherwise, you will be informed at least 3 weeks prior. There are no swimming lessons during the summer holidays.
The cancellation period is 3 weeks.
If you want to stop swimming, You must inform us 3 weeks in advance in writing or by email. Without timely cancellation, your payment obligation continuous until your A diploma is received.
Absence due to illness or a stay abroad.
In the absence of 4 weeks or longer due to a stay abroad, you can request an extension of the card. You have to send your request before you leave the country. You must always send a supporting document (for example: the flight or hotel booking) with the request. To request an extension, you send us an e-mail. Mention in the e-mail your name, address, zip code, place of residence and the period of absence. If approved you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation. By approval we extend your card with a maximum of 3 weeks. Without a (confirmed) written application, you owe the money for the lessons that you were not there.
By absence due to illness we expect you to notify us by an e-mail. Extension of the lesson card can only occur after 3 missed weeks due to illness and is always in consultation with the department who is in charge of these kind of cases. The first 3 weeks are always at your own risk.
Mijn ESA is our online page! Once you have started swimming, you can easily extend your lessons card. There is also a link to our Leerlingvolgsysteem, where you can follow the progress of your swimming lessons.
